The modern style also features the use of various types of wood such as eucalyptus, louro preto, walnut, maple and zebrawood. There are also metal finishes, black lacquered glass and even rice paper.

Custom fire doors
The doors within the fire lane were adapted to the aesthetic needs of the house's style, without compromising the validity of the manufacturer's certificate.
Fireproof windows
Another challenge of this project was the need to use fireproof glass. Meticulous research led to the choice of a certified product consisting of special glasses glued together.
Technical lighting solutions
Particular attention was paid to the research and study of lighting elements to be included in the project. The result? A play of light and shadow frames the wooden boiserie and custom furnishings.
Pool and Home SPA
Particular attention was paid to the relaxation and wellness areas. The choice of materials and finishes here is very important. The water and the high level of humidity in these areas led to the choice of water-repellent materials. AISI316 stainless steel was therefore chosen, and IP44-certified electrical products were installed.
