Bespoke Furnishings in Gold Leaf and Fine Woods

For this project, Tempora carefully selected and crafted every material, finish and bespoke detail, in dialogue with the architecture of the spaces. A project that combines material research and artisanal craftsmanship with precise functional requirements, creating a residence with a distinctive character.

In the entrance hall, the wall panelling is composed of semi-matt gold leaf panels and antiqued mirrors with a bronze effect, framed by polished gold metal profiles. The same luminous quality continues in the bespoke wardrobe in the hall, whose gold leaf-covered doors conceal the opening so seamlessly that the wardrobe appears to become part of the wall, while the fully lacquered interiors remain hidden from view.

In the bedroom area, the second wardrobe is crafted from high-gloss lacquered lime wood, with gold profiles framing each door. Shelves, hanging rails and bespoke drawer units organise the interior space, designed to remain concealed when the doors are closed and preserve the clean lines of the exterior.

The entrance portal and corridor wall panelling continue with lacquered and patinated lime wood, wenge inserts and small mirrors set into the diamond-shaped sections of the octagonal frames. A reference to the more classical Russian aesthetic, reinterpreted through the precision and sensitivity of Italian craftsmanship.
